The Australian Islamic College understands that the technological world is moving ahead steadily. In order to equip our students with the tools needed to deal with this change after leaving high school, a great emphasis is being placed on the technological development of each student. Students are familiarised with computing from their early primary years and by high school our students have a high level of skill in computer usage. This allows the student’s to appreciate its important and apparent application in their daily lives, at school, when researching and in their future workplace.Computer Integration is not just limited to Information Technology subjects. Islamic Studies, Math’s and Science are a few examples of where the College utilises the latest educational software to add variety into the lesson, making learning more interesting and motivational, whilst helping students see the linkage between technology and their secular subjects.
