Our Kindergarteners have had some brand-new experiences this term, such as participating in a school-wide event like book week, visiting the book fair in the library, watching a caterpillar turn into a chrysalis and more! We enjoyed listening to students share their favourite stories during book week, and it was amazing to see how many have developed a love for books! Assalamualaikum Parents and Guardians, Fundraising and Carnival Practice We have been super busy this term fundraising for our 2021 sports carnival and held our ‘eco-friendly’ annual toy and book sale on Thursday 26th of August. Thanks to all the kind donations of toys and books, the children at AIC Thornlie had a variety of things that they could purchase and enjoy. Digital Technologies Another great term has been completed by the students of AIC Kewdale primary. AIC Primary School Library The Kewdale Primary Library is full of new and classic titles. We try to regularly update the resources in the library. Borrowing Each class is allocated a set time each week to have a library session. Students are allowed to borrow 1-2 books. We have a library bag policy. Students need to have a library bag to borrow a book. This is to keep our resources protected.
